Thanks. I went to the bookstore and scanned it. He is anti NRT which is the route I have chosen so I didn’t buy it. I can see how it would help many tho that choose that option.
I used an NRT (patch) and the book was still very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend it. For me, it completely changed my mindset about smoking. I just ignored the cold turkey parts.
