     Happy Wednesday!!!!!!!  I hope it’s a good one for all.   Yesterday I rode my bike to CVS to get my pills.  It was chilly but fun.  

     I hope everyone is having fun at the holidays!!!!!!  Remember to have a clean celebration!!!!!  Watch the addictive things!!!!!!   You don’t want to ruin your whole life partying!!!!!   Stay with it!!!!!!  Namaste

GM Mike.  Wonderful crisp day here in Ohio.  Was thinking early this morning I was so glad I don't have to go out in it and smoke anymore.  I can just take deep breaths and enjoy!  I don't ride in the winter months.  I'm glad you do.  Many do here too.  Namaste.
