    Happy Tuesday!!!!!!!  How’s it going?  I hope everybody is having a good beginning of the week!!!!!  Yesterday’s AA meeting was fun and profitable.  I read the promises.  

       So our journey has taken us to the holidays in 2018!!!!!  They are such a nice time!!!!!!  Don’t let them get you down.  The holidays are wonderful celebrations but they can be stressful.  Remember to take it easy!!!!!!  All will go well!!!!!  Namaste
