     Happy Sunday!!!!!!!  Our day of rest is here again!!!!!  Today I will be one of the ushers at church.  Hopefully the rain is over with.

     The myth and illusion of smoking are done!!!!!  They say “ignorance is bliss.”  But that is just until something happens!!!!!!  Then you wish you never did it!!!!!!!  Don’t let nicotine do you anymore damage than it’s done you!!!!!!   Let your lungs heal what it can.  You can do it!!!!!  Namaste
