    Happy Monday!!!!!!!  I am up early.  I woke up and couldn’t get back to sleep.

     Isn’t it great to be through all the confusion of the first month quitting smoking?  I know I hope I never go through it again!!!!!!  I was a real basket case!!!!!!!  Stay with it!!!!!!  You can do it!!!!!!  Namaste
