I am on the eve of my quit date. I stopped posting to BecomeanEX sometime ago. Being a member has given me the support I needed so badly at the beginning of this life change. I came to a point that I needed to not dwell on smoking so I stepped away from this blog. I do not fully understand why I have been successful this time but am so glad I am. Tomorrow will be one year. I cannot believe it. I have little to no desire to smoke again. Yes, I get an occasional urge but it is only a fleeting moment. Not strong at all and only last a few moments. I believe this will continue perhaps for the rest of my life. I wish those who are in this struggle to reach success as well. If you fail to try again. It will happen you will succeed.
Congratulations whalenda and congratulations on a year PLUS of freedom!
