Hello all,

     Happy Monday!!!!!!!  Here comes a new week!!!!!  Are you ready for it?  Church and Sunday school were a good time yesterday.  

     Since we made the decision not to smoke, we only have to deal with life as a non smoker!!!!!!  The smoking life is behind us!!!!!!  Here we are going through life somewhat normally!!!!!  Stay with it!!!!  You can do it!!!!!!  Namaste

GM Mike and Happy Monday to you as well.  It took a friend of mine and I two hours to put together a garden bridge for my Mom's garden yesterday.  Sure was nice not to have to stop and have a smoke!   My Sister comes in for a Month soon.  Let the Yoga begin!!  Can not wait.  She'll get us going.  Namaste.
