Thank you for the congratulations--I didn't even realize I hit the 600 day mark!! I am doing very well--year 2 is so much easier than the first year! Craves are few and far between, and weak, thankfully. I still check in from time to time to remind myself what I have achieved and reinforce all the reasons why I will never go back. This site helped me tremendously during those awful first months and I know it will continue to help all who come here and truly want to quit. NOPE to all here
