    Happy Friday!!!!!!  Well, here comes the weekend!!!!  Have you had a good week?  Hopefully you have!!!!!  Yesterday I picked up some dye for a cat scan I am to have Wednesday.  

    How is the brand new life going?  Isn’t it great not to be living life in a cloud of smoke?  We are no longer controlled by tobacco!!!!!!  I love not being a slave to nicotine!!!!!   Stay with it!!!!!!  You can do it!!!!!  Namaste
