Good morning all

Hi everyone,

       Happy Monday!!!!!!!  I hope everybody had a good weekend.  It’s to be cooler here for a while.  

     I was going over Allen Carr’s ebook again.  Remember that we have given up “Absolutely Nothing “ and gained everything!!!!!!!  We have only lost a life of sickness and addiction!!!!!!  Rejoice!!!!! We are free!!!!!!!  Namaste

Goooood Morning Mike.  Yes.  We are free from addiction and sickness.  Hooray!!! Free to do things we want to do that are good for us and our community hopefully.  Free to spend more quality time with our family and  friends!  Namaste!
