     Happy Monday!!!!!!!!  And a happy Labor Day!!!!!!  Have a good holiday!!!!!  Sunday school was nice yesterday.  We studied the beginning of creation.  

     I was going over Allen Carr’s ebook.  He warns that just “one” cigarette is a myth!!!!!!  “One” cigarette will put you right back where you were!!!!!!!!  Beware the urge for just “one”!!!!!!!  They are killers!!!!!! You can do it!!!!!!!  Namaste

So true about just having one.  It cannot be done, and if anyone tries to defend the "just one" mentality, they are setting themselves up for failure, guaranteed.
