Break time

11DOF, and things are starting to change more naturally. Today I worked through, without noticing, my 11 a.m. break. I never would have missed break time before,  as a smoker.

If work is stressful, you can still take a quick break and go for a short walk.  Helps to produce a hit of dopamine and makes the quit journey a bit more pleasant.

Glad you are learning your new life as an ex-smoker, though.  That is a GOOD thing!

Congrats on 11 days!  I felt the same way at work, before I knew it, it blew right by me!  Keep on stacking up the number of days!  Happy you are a quitter!

Good for you!

Keep growing that quit.
