Give and get support around quitting
11DOF, and things are starting to change more naturally. Today I worked through, without noticing, my 11 a.m. break. I never would have missed break time before, as a smoker.
If work is stressful, you can still take a quick break and go for a short walk. Helps to produce a hit of dopamine and makes the quit journey a bit more pleasant.
Glad you are learning your new life as an ex-smoker, though. That is a GOOD thing!

Congrats on 11 days! I felt the same way at work, before I knew it, it blew right by me! Keep on stacking up the number of days! Happy you are a quitter!
Good for you!
Keep growing that quit.

The fact that you "missed" your break speaks volumes!!! Good for you!
That is FABULOUS! You are going to keep adding up those little victories and keep growing your quit. Congratulations.
