    Happy Sunday!!!!!!!  In a little while it will be time for church.  Today they are starting the adult Sunday school.  It should be a good time.  

      If you are just starting out on your quit, stay strong!!!!!!  Come to EX if you need support and blog!!!!!!!  Quitting smoking can be very difficult at first, but it’s well worth it!!!!!!  In time it gets better and better!!!!!!  Namaste

Happy Sunday Mike, life really does get better and better without the crutch of cigarettes and definetly easier with time under your belt and once you've plowed through the roller coaster ups and downs then you will realize that Life is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand.....
