     Happy Tuesday!!!!!!  Are you having a good week?  Today is a free physical from Medicare.  I thought I may as well take advantage of it.  It’s at my doctor’s office.

       How is everyone’s quit smoking going?  Mine is going well!!!!!!  It’s wonderful just to breathe air!!!!!!!  I feel somewhat normal!!!!!  Stay with it!!!!  You will never regret it!!!!!  Namaste

Happy Tuesday Mike.  Hoping that physical finds you healthy and strong with all that clean breathing and yoga you do!!  My quit is good and strong.  Well in place.  At times I need to use my rescue inhaler due to the weather but that's a far cry from using oxygen and I'll take that any day of the week.  I'm fortunate the physical therapy worked in my favor.  I will keep it up.  Namaste.
