Helping others quit

Today is my 35th day as a non smoker and every day I let someone know that I’ve quit smoking to help to empower myself. A client asked me how I was able to do it because she wanted to quit.

I told her the best thing to do is to go to the dentist and have her teeth cleaned. And when she got home to remove all the ashtrays cigarette lighters matches from her home. Have her card detailed and to help her achieve this to start using a patch. I can’t wait to see her again and hoping she’s on the journey just like the rest of us

When you see her again, I highly recommend you tell her about the Allen Carr book.  A lot of folks (me included) credit its good information on the nature of addiction for our success.  It was definitely an eye opener for me.  Quitting became not so much a mystery when I understood what nicotine did to my body and mind.

Glad you got a chance to spread the good word!
