    Happy Wednesday!!!!!!  It’s the middle of the week already!!!!!!  Today I have a dermatologist appointment.  I hope it goes well.  

      The nicotine monster is dead!!!!!!  For years he had us in his grips!!!!!  Don’t bring him back whatever you do!!!!!!!  He is horrible and evil!!!!!  Rejoice you are free!!!!!  Stay with the program!!!!!!  Namaste

'Ello Mike.  I will stay with the program!!  Hoping your appointment goes well.  I have a psych appointment today and I'm hoping for a good outcome as well.  Things are well in my neck of the woods except for this drastic weight gain.  I'm hoping she has a magic pill for me. (Sigh).  At any rate we are not smoking and the nicotine monster is at bay.  Namaste.
