Hi all,

    Happy Monday!!!!!!!  I hope everybody has a good new week!!!!!!  The hymn sing at church was fun yesterday.  

    If you are just starting out on your quit, deep breathing helps a lot.  Also keeping mints around is a nice alternative.  The craving usually don’t last to long.  You will never regret quitting once you have some time in!!!!!   It does get better and better!!!!!  Keep with it!!!!!!  Namaste
