I feel awful because I relapse feeling like a failure. I keep pressing my way. My weakness is when I come to work. I’m starting again tomorrow I’m so tired of procrastinating and deep down inside I’m truly ready

Participating on the site may help you.  Joining is great but you have to do some reading, studying and researching in order to get a quit started and last.  Have you used @ My EX Plan | BecomeAnEX by reading, watching the videos and tracking your cigs and triggers?
