Nicotine patch

i was wondering how long after your last cigarette can you put the patch on ?

I think the directions say to stop smoking before you begin.  I use to use a patch while I was at work and smoke at home.  If you get too much nicotine it will make you feel dizzy.  I think a lot of smoker's have used too much nicotine at times. Be mindful and take care of yourself.
