Hi,

     Happy Thursday!!!!!  How’s it going?  Yesterday at AA I read and shared.  It was a big meeting.  Later I went to the prayer meeting.  Today I thought I would go to the YMCA.  I am staying busy.  

      How is the decision to keep them away from your face going?  We have decided not to smoke!!!!!!  We don’t do that anymore!!!!!  What a wonderful idea!!!! The new life is beautiful!!!!!  Namaste
