    Happy Wednesday!!!!!!!  Guess what day it is!!!!!!!  It’s hump day!!!!!!  The weather is to be sunny and warm again today!!!!  I love Summer!!!!!!  

      If you are trying to break a craving, deep breathing helps.  I also carried Tic Tacs for a long time.  Coming here and sharing can be very encouraging.  As Allen Carr says, “Don’t mope!!!!  Rejoice!!!!!  We have a glorious new life!!!!!!!  Namaste
