    Happy Sunday!!!!!!  Here we are at the day of rest again.  We are having a heatwave.  It’s in the 90’s.  

      Well isn’t this nice?  We have quit smoking and have somewhere to share too!!!!!!!  If you are struggling, cheer up!!!!!  It just keeps getting better and better!!!!!  In time all the cravings and urges fade away!!!!!!  Namaste
