    Happy Thursday!!!!!!  The AA meeting was a good time yesterday.  I read and shared.  Then I went to prayer meeting.

    How is everybody doing with their quit? While the cravings fade somewhat in time, we still only have today!!!!!!  Today is another day won without nicotine!!!!!!!  Safe guard your quit!!!!!!   Namaste
