Happy Tuesday!!!!!!! I hope the brand new week is going well for everybody!!!! Now that I am retired I have really been getting into the yoga. I have been into more than just the physical.
If you are in the first month, stick with it!!!!!!! It’s hard but doable!!!!!! There is light at the end of the tunnel!!!!!! In time you will never regret your decision!!!!! The new life is glorious!!!!!! Namaste
