I have never had bok choy - But just read a recipe for grilled that sounds wonderful. I may have to try it next time I fire up the grill. Grill about 4 minutes per side and toss in a butter, lime, and garlic sauce. BTW - this is a WW recipe.

Lots. This variety seems to be shorter and are starting to head up earlier than usual. Yesterday I sauteed them with scallops and onions with garlic. Tasty.
Yum! I wish they'd make garlic ice cream. I'd eat it!
