  Thank you , the 1500 days came and went right past me. Each time I go to this site and see the number of days I have in my quit I become more proud. I don't think much about it these days and I'm very happy to have quit

        Not enough interest on the part of the membership and a whole lot of work from the volunteers to keep them up. But you never know if there will be a return. When nothing is certain - everything is possible!

Big congratulations going out to stmand92 with 1,500 days and to our very own COPD expert Thomas with 3,000 days! So happy for both of you!

The secret is to be willing to go through a little discomfort at first to get to a much better place. Freedom from nicotine is a wonderful feeling! So if you are lurking and trying to decide - make today the day that you change your life for the better! It is truly the best thing that I ever did for myself. I am Jennifer, and I am driving this train with 1,497 days!

GM all...Thomas Happy 3,000 days. You are a great inspiration to all here. Stmand92 1500 days...Congrats. I’m CP and I’m boarding this train today with 1106 DOF from nasty cigs. Soooo happy I found you all. I never could have done it without my beautiful EX family. Thanks for the ride Jennifer!

    I know the feeling. That last one is for Youngatheart.7.4.12 because there just wasn't enough chocolate! Maybe she will share!
    I rarely make anything sweet at home for just me - usually only for family dinners. But I have been craving banana pudding - so I may have to do that to bring to the office.

Thanks for picking me up today Jennifer-Quit-05-01-14 What a celebratory train...milestones that are through the roof and food that looks amazing, I am hungry now and it is NOT time to eat...now look what you have done.

There are not congratulations big enough for these two, Thomas3.20.2010 who has held my hand and my heart from the beginning of my quit, who has taught me so much about quitting and about being an advocate for my own health. You do all of the research and generously share it with those of us who take the time to read it. You are a wonder, my friend and I will always be grateful for your help.

stmand92 Congratulations on 1,500 days...quad squad and a half...good for you. I am so happy for you.

I am boarding the train today with 1,599 DOF.
