Did you mean:

Give and get support around quitting

I am back at being smoke free.

Nicotine free for 12 hours.  No heavy craves, just baby ones.  They are hiding in the weeds, I am sure.  Feel a bit grumpy, a bit anti social, a bit "not me".  All of that was expected.  Well, off to work, have a good day!

Let me put this in perspective for you:

Grumpy = passing downward mood swing from drug withdrawal.

Smoking = slow, punishing, never-ending suffering leading to death.

Any questions?

Carry on!  You KNOW this gets better (and easier) as time passes.  Give it the time it takes!  Go for a walk at lunchtime - or simply march in place - but get that blood pumping.  You WILL feel better, I promse.

Thinking of you!

You have my sympathy, you really do.  But I have to admit, a little selfishly, that it helps me knowing I don't want to go thru what Greg is going thru again.  Hang tight buddy.  And come vent as much as you need to.
