Welcome to EX...I think you can check your state, most states will offer free patches. I googled free nicotine patches and I was able to find a site that will give eight weeks of patches on a one time basis. It does require that you agree to complete a survey, meet health requirements (not sure what they are), and provide an email address and a ground address. I do not know how reliable it is. Please know that NO nicotine replacement will quit for you or take the place of education, commitment, and remembering that recovery is a JOURNEY and not an event.
