I quit smoking a week ago today, on my fifth day I had a smoke and feel really bad about it and tonight I had another and I feel really guilty and like **** because of it, I live with my mum and sister who both smoke, I really want to continue nor smoking

One you decide, you need to arm yourself with understanding and knowledge. You need to understand the addiction of Nicotine. You need to learn how it reacts in your brains to set you up for that next smoke. You do that by reading all the material on this site you can. Then its times to set up a quit kit. Making a list of the people to call in times of craves and stress. Things to do with your hands to keep them busy, cleaning house, taking up a new hobby. Making another list of the things you can turn to to fight the craves.

Quitting is hard. We all had to go through to get the breakthrough. I wish you well and I hope this helped. We are here for you. Stress and difficult people and situations are part of life and I also used to smoke during those themes as well, most of us did. Its normal and life goes on, smoking or not smoking. These things are part of life. Look at it that way and associate that Smoking is part of death. Thats how I put it into perspective.
