Hi everyone,

    Happy Wednesday!!!!  Yesterday I went to market and bought a cherry pie.  Also I rode my bike to the park.

      The new life without nicotine sure is something.  I never knew quitting could be so glorious!!!!!!  As they say,  “One is to many and a thousand not enough “!!!!!!!  I am sure glad I don’t do that anymore!!!!!  Namaste
