     Happy Monday!!!!!!!!  Church was a good time yesterday.  Then I rested.

      We have seen through the illusion of smoking!!!!!!!!   For a long time nicotine had us!!!!!  Now we are free!!!!!  Do not look back!!!!!  It is only bondage!!!!!  Namaste
