 Has anybody tried Lobelia as an aid to quit smoking ? Any feedback on its effectiveness, side effects etc ?

Keep in mind that nothing is going to quit FOR you; you still have to put the effort into educating yourself, planning, preparing and then making up your mind that you won't smoke another cigarette NO MATTER WHAT!

I had to look it up (Lobelia Benefits & Information) and it's interesting, but considered ineffective and possibly toxic.  Certainly not a quick fix.

Hi welcome and I never heard of it....I looked it up from Nancy website offered above...and read a little about it......its a herb....used to remove mucus from lungs....then goes to other websites for info on quitting....I don't have the answer...maybe Dr Hays does PLEASE check out his blogs in Expert advice or ask the TEAM here maybe they know....please keep coming BACK.
