Happy Wednesday!!!!!! It’s hump day!!!!! I hope everybody is having a good week. Yesterday I rode my bike to the park.
I can no longer remember the last time I really had a crave or urge!!!!! This August it will be seven years since I quit smoking!!!! For a long time my mind kept drifting back to my smoking days. That no longer happens either!!!!! We are healing from a horrible addiction!!!!! Stay strong!!!!! There’s a glorious life after nicotine!!!!! Namaste
