      Happy Sunday!!!!!  Be sure to remember your spirit!!!  It’s Sunday!!!!  In a few hours it will be time for church.

      We have kicked the habit!!!!!!!  That is quite an accomplishment!!!!!  I know I struggled many years trying not to relapse and failed.  I just kept staring up again!!!  EX helped me prepare for it.  Then it came.  Namaste.
