We don't provide patches unless your health plan provider or employer participates in our program.

Contact your state's quitline (800-QUIT-NOW), your county health department or your healthcare provider to see other options available to you.

Not available through this site.  You might try 1-800-QUITNOW.  Depending on how much you smoke, they are probably less expensive than smoking even if you have to buy them.

Every time I used the nicotine patch, gum or lozenge I asked my doctor for a prescription.  You don't need a prescription to buy any of those over the counter.  But if you do get a prescription, my multiple insurance plans throughout the years always paid 100% of the cost.  I suspect most plans will cover the cost.
