When a question is asked sometimes a particular answer is marked as "correct".  Is this done by admin only?

Well I thought that but the question that I asked yesterday about posting the train as a discussion does not show that option.  Really just curious because I have seen some marked as correct that were not correct in my opinion -

Never mind - it is showing up on my question now.  I must be losing it - did not see it last night on my home computer.

If it is marked correct you can unmark it and then mark a new reply.

And yes, only a moderator, admin or the person who asks the question can mark it as correct.

I am thinking some of my issues with this site working from my home computer could be browser related.  I am going to try something different tonight if I have time.  When I first went to Windows 10 at home I had better success using Edge - but second guessing myself now. Thanks for your help Mark.
