GOOD MORNING EX TEAM. This has been a Unbelievable RIDE for ME. BEYOND my wildest dreams, have I thought if I only put my MIND AND HEART into STOP SMOKING .THIS FEEL SO AWESOME I MUST SAY IT AGAIN FREAKING AWESOME, I find myself smiling at times from within, Sooooo HAPPY. I've been SMOKE FREE FOR 194 BEAUTFUL DAYS , and the same for VODKA. I MUST SAY I drink my beer and wine, that's a trigger for me. GOTTA BE CAREFUL not to give in to temptation wanting to SMOKE.
