    Happy Thursday!!!!!!  Yesterday I went to our church’s food bank.  They gave us a ham for Easter.  

     Remember that just one cigarette is nothing but a myth!!!!!!  It’s just a trap to get you started again.  The only way for an addict is to completely avoid them.  Namaste
