It is helpful to post a blog with "Help" as the title to get folks attention and offer assistance.  Folk are usually on line most of the time and are willing to help.

"Rule" might not be the correct word - but you are encouraged to ask for help before you smoke.  For me, sometimes just writing out my feelings helped.   The advise and encouragement that I received helped me more than once.   Hope you are doing well!
