    Happy Monday!!!!!!   Here we are at the beginning of a new week!!!!!  I hope everybody had a good weekend.  I got over to Rite Aid.

      One day at a time!!!!!!  That’s the way to look at recovery!!!!!   No matter how much time we get in;  we only have today!!!!!  We all can do without a smoke for now!!!!!   The future just becomes the present.  So enjoy now!!!!!   Namaste
