Hi all,

    Happy Thursday!!!!!!  I still seem to be having problems blogging.  The site is going really slow.  Is everybody having these problems?  

    Isn’t freedom from addiction great?  I never knew quitting smoking could be so liberating!!!!!  I am going on 7 years quit now!!!!!!  Seldom do I ever have regrets.  Namaste
