Oh wow Dale, I absolutely love that cookie cutter! when I had the horrendous craves that just hung on I'd give my head several shakes and would use your mantra and say I don't do that anymore and sometimes I'd yell it right out loud that I don't do that anymore and it worked for me everytime..... Now I want that cookie cutter!
All great ways of resetting the circuit breaker...I bought lemons but never had to USE them because just the THOUGHT of biting through that rind reset my brain every time.
