Where do I find my day counter?
I saw it when I first logged in - 85 days I think
now I can only find the calender thing.
That says 2 months and some days and hours and
cigarettes I would have smoked.

somehow I just found it again
it's on the front page
where the quit date is
before you come into the
ex community comments
upper right - my quit plan
SO good to see you back here...can we expect some poetry?
Hugs,
Ellen
I'm 91 DOF and FAT
and I've been tiny all my life
I don't wanna smoke
I just don't know how to be
so freaking average and old-ish
I mean - the cool kids know what I mean
we were the hottie, skinny, leather clad ones
puffing and running and having all the fun
now I sit around so tired
watching tv and eating
and it's just not sexy
Well, I am not fat...but I certainly am old and I LOOK it. I work out five days a week, I do ten miles on a stationary bike and it releases dopamine the same way cigarettes would have. I drink a LOT of cold water, I watch what I eat but not to the point of deprivation...that never worked for me. I lost quits in the past when I tried to combine dieting with quitting smoking. I apparently expected to start smoking and have the weight melt off immediately, I STILL had to do the work to get weight off and then I kept getting sicker and sicker...let me tell you, lungs are NOT forgiving organs. You blacken them and abuse them and they will take your breath away...LITERALLY.
