Discuss different approaches to quitting, including medication
Hey all,
i just wanted to let everyone know I'm still not smoking. I haven't had one since my quit date. The things that have helped me the most is staying busy, drinking water, and lots of coffee. Some days ar more challenging than others.
GREAT to hear. You still have a distance to go....but you are on your way!

You're doing great with your quit and remember that we're all here to help you through any rough patches that you may come upon keep moving forward and stacking up your precious DOF so each evening you can look yourself in the mirror and smile and say yay for another Day WON.....
Good for you...some days were more challenging than others when you smoked too. I am really happy for you...keep going, stay close, know that we are all here for you.
