     Happy Wednesday!!!!!!!  Yesterday I went to the mall.  I bought a book and a pair of pants.  

    We have defeated the nicotine demon!!!!!!  That’s something to celebrate!!!!!!  EX helped us out!!!!!!!  I probably would still be smoking.  Stay with it!!!!!!!   You can do it!!!!!!!   Namaste
