Hi everyone,

     Happy Saturday!!!!!!!  Yesterday I tried some Pilates on my new exercise mat.  I think I am going to do Pilates besides Yoga.  I took beginners training in both.  

    Isn’t it great to be working on our health instead of destroying it?  For so many years I thought, “that’s good enough “.  Now with the help of EX, things are much better!!!!!!  You can do it too!!!!!  Stick with it!!!!!  Namaste
