Having lower Back pain is the symptom of cancer?

Hello, I’m 22 years old. I smoked 4nd half year, Before few months I quit smoking for 20 days but I’m unable to handle Cravings. Now I quit Smoking befor 16 days, I’m having pain in lower back, in Chest, cough - almost gone. Is these are the symptoms of Cancer or COPD ??? I’m so much worried... Please tell me ...

Most of us are not doctors or medical professionals here at this site.  Your symptoms could be many things - why not see a doctor and put your mind at ease.  It is probably nothing too serious.  Lay those cigarettes down now - before it turns into something more serious.
