       Happy Sunday!!!!!!!  It’s a rainy day here.  There’s a chance of rain until 11 tonight.  Soon it will be time for church.  Good for the soul!!!!!!!

     Isn’t it great we have somewhere to learn how to quit smoking and share how it’s going?  As the smoking life fades away, a glorious nonsmoking life comes forth!!!!!  How wonderful it is!!!!!!!  Namaste
