Has anyone listened to Alan Carr's CD that comes with the book?

I actually purchased a copy of the book on CD and listened to it in my car on the way to and from work.  I did this over and over again for the first two weeks into my quit!    So far so good!

My book did not have a CD with it.  Must be something new.  He does have a book on dieting with a CD.  Read it but not my thing.  I love to eat meat. lol
