I can't see my quit stats any longer. Anyone know why?
Yes Chrome, FireFox and Safari are supported browsers. At this time Microsoft Edge is not guaranteed to work either.

Sandi4, can you try again now, it could have been a short glitch, I can see mine now.
Thanks for responding. I still can't see them. I haven't been able to view them for a few days now.
I don't see mine either.
Works for me... I've also made this simple calculator: EX Quit Calculator - Google Sheets if for some reason the My Quit Stats isn't working.
Got it Mark. Thanks
Hi Mark, I just took a look at the EX Quit Calculator you created. It doesn't show my new quit date and corresponding stats. Is there a way to update it? Because when I tried, it wouldn't allow me to change anything.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
B-La change the browser to Chrome or Firefox and you'll be able to see them
Only cells B2-B4 can be updated in EX Quit Calculator - Google Sheets . All the other cells are locked and cannot be edited.
The B-La's My Quit Stats is part of the community and is calculated based on the date found in your My EX Plan | BecomeAnEX profile (outside the community) and Average # of cigarettes smoked in your Community Profile. But the EX Quit Calculator - Google Sheets does not sync/is not connected to the community in any way. I just created the EX Quit calculator as another way for people to calculate their Days of Freedom and also see how much quitting has saved them and potentially how much of their life they may be saving* as well.
If you change your date on your My EX Plan | BecomeAnEX page you'll have to logout from the community (not My EX Plan) and then back into community for it to update the date on the community. Logging out from My EX Plan will not cause your community quit date to update.
*Actual life saved could vary per person. It is just an approximate number.
Thanks for the info. and the direct links, but logging out of the community then back in does not update my quit date and stats. I am sure the date has been updated in My EX Plan. I have tried logging out of both simultaneously and separately.
What should your quit date be @b-la?
Hi Mark. February 9th of this year.
Showing correctly here: https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/people/B-La/apps/truthinitiative-my-quit-stats-jive-addon-my-quit-stats/my-quit-stats and B-La.
Ignore this. It's a known issue. The date on the Hovercard is off by one day.
Hey there, Mark.
This is a screen shot of what shows when I clicked your link. I also found how to check it by clicking on View My Profile then My Quit Stats. The same both ways.
Looks like it is rendering in format of DD/MM/YYYY instead of MM/DD/YYYY which is US standard It's showing correct for me. Let me see why this is happening. 02/09/2018 (February 9) vs 09/02/2018 (September 2nd).
Updated: Yes it is because your Locale is set to Canada in Preferences.
So, is there a way to fix this?

Temporarily change your locale to United States, see above. I've notified one our developers to look into it.
Thanks for all the help, Mark.
Sure thing sir!
Maybe Mark can help with that?
Moved this to Community Help
That's what I see Sandi4. Perhaps it is your internet/browser. Can you try on another device? What browser are you using on your device?
Hi Mark. I move between Explorer and Chrome at work so I’m not sure which I was on.
I just tried on my phone and I can’t view the arrow that should be next to the avatar.
No biggie...I’ll be fine without it.
sign out and sign back in again
Sandi4, it definitely is a matter of browser. For work I need to keep Explorer11, can't download Chrome, because of some of the applications I am using. It is where I had EX, and while I could see my stats this morning when I first responded to you, it was the first time. One hour down the road and I was not seeing them anymore. But I also use Firefox (for other work applications), so now I moved EX on Firefox and I was able to see them.
Thanks for you me help!
That should read Thanks for your help
haha, got it!
Is it working in Internet Explorer 11? I'm not sure I can guarantee compatibility with IE11.
No Mark, with IE11 is hit and miss, it is why I suggested Firefox.
Hi Mark - I tried it in Chrome today and it works. No bueno in IE. Now we know.
Thanks for your help!
Thanks for the update.
Try logging in and logging out again. Also, you can always see your quit stats on this google doc. EX Quit Calculator - Google Sheets That is also linked to in the The Daily Pledge February 2018.
